I have always loved my Oakley glasses however I haven’t purchased them for some years now as the price has become ridiculous!I go through a set of glasses every year or so due to sweat and I have resorted to buying glasses through PBK and although not the high standard of Oakley’s I can buy more than 10 sets for the same price as one pair of Jawbones!! Surely if the price was reduced to a more reasonable level Oakley would sell double the amount and increase their profit that way, no matter the quality, plastic sun glasses made in China cannot retail for $300-$400 a set they must cost under $10 to manufacture! Oakley come back to earth!!

I understand what you are saying about price. Oakley sunglasses are without doubt a premium product. Oakley do have a range of eyewear ranging in price. The sports specific sunglasses for cycling are a premium product with a number of features that are not seen in a competitors product. The design of the latest Jawbone model is an example of how technology has been used specifically for an application. Although the Oakley product is expensive you do get what you pay for. If you do have the chance to invest in a pair of Oakley sunglasses, you will appreciate the quality and be able to justify your purchase.
